If the requested personal information does not exist, the customer will be notified accordingly. This does not apply where the Website has no legal obligation to disclose.
9. Correction, Addition, or Deletion
When a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal information on the grounds that such information is inaccurate, the Website will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer and, where appropriate, will make the requested correction and notify the customer accordingly. This does not apply where the Website has no legal obligation to do so.
