1. Definition of Personal Information

In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, namely information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific person by name, date of birth, or other descriptions, including information that can be readily collated with other information to identify a specific individual.

8. Disclosure of Personal Information

When a customer requests disclosure of personal information pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Website will disclose such information without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer. If the requested personal information does not exist, the customer will be notified accordingly. This does not apply where the Website has no legal obligation to disclose.

9. Correction, Addition, or Deletion

When a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal information on the grounds that such information is inaccurate, the Website will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer and, where appropriate, will make the requested correction and notify the customer accordingly. This does not apply where the Website has no legal obligation to do so.

10. Suspension of Use or Erasure

When a customer requests suspension of use or erasure of personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the published purpose of use or obtained by wrongful means, and the request is found to be justified, the Website will, after confirming that the request is made by the customer, suspend use or erase the information without delay and notify the customer accordingly. This does not apply where the Website has no legal obligation to do so.
